Racial Justice and Mental Health

,

Community Health Network Area (CHNA) 17 is a collaborative of 6 cities and towns working to promote health and well-being. Over the last few years the CHNA has placed a particular focus on racial justice. Connection Lab worked with the CHNA to develop and analyze a series of key informant interviews exploring the intersections between racism and mental health. The results of the project have informed the CHNA’s funding decisions and provided recommendations to support all CHNA member organizations in improving health equity. The results were presented at a series of community dialogues throughout the CHNA region. The full report can be accessed on the CHNA’s website by clicking here.
