The Cambridge Food and Fitness Policy Council approached Connection Lab to help with planning and visualizing the group’s efforts. After a number of meetings in which we articulated the council’s goals and process, a graphic was developed to summarize the decisions. This graphic consolidated many initiatives into one share-able image that can be used successfully for publicity, for outreach and for recruitment. The image was a centerpiece in the council’s poster presentation at the American Public Health Association’s annual meeting.
