The Greater Boston Suicide Prevention Coalition has been active for many years and has a robust membership, but in 2015 was having trouble articulating its goals and describing its initiatives to new members and to outside stakeholders. Ultimately, they hoped to be able to identify and evaluate the impact of the coalition’s efforts. Connection Lab facilitated a logic modeling process to help the group articulate its short-term and long-term goals, and to connect each of its activities with the goals. The process generated a visual that was shared with all members to assure that everyone had the same understanding of the group’s work, and helped the coalition to focus its efforts for the coming years.
