Last week the Kennedy After School Garden Mosaic Club grouted their creations. Grout is a special kind of cement that’s used to fill the spaces between tiles. They had a good time mushing the grout into the panels that we had designed and they also grouted the picture frames that they made the week before.
Messy and fun!
We used paper to cover the tables and smocks to keep ourselves clean, but a few people were too worried about their clothes to want to help. They were our cheering squad. Or our squealing squad.
