Months of planning and discussion have led the Multicultural Coalition on Aging to a place where they can confidently continue their work and build more collaborations. Connection Lab led the group through the development of a Logic Model that describes the group’s goals and connects their activities to specific outcomes, an evaluation plan that will help them measure their success, and a sustainability plan that includes the steps the group will take to maintain a strong organizational structure and adequate funding.
