This weekend launched the Great Somerville Public Art Scavenger Hunt! As open studios began, so did the scavenger hunt. People are now scouring the city for public art and the stories behind it. They (and you!) can create an account and submit pieces at http://somervilleartscouncil.org/node/add/public-art . Generous local businesses donated prizes, and it was covered by the Somerville Journal, Somerville Patch and Somerville News! Now we just watch and wait (and talk it up so that more people participate). Join in on the fun!
